1. What is an eCourse?

An eBook is an electronic book, one you read digitally on your computer, laptop screen or on devices called ebook readers.
It is a convenient way to combine content and easy navigation in a protected environment.

2. Do I have to always be connected to the Internet to view the book?

The first time that you open and register your materials, you will need to be connected to the Internet in order for the server to verify the password. After the initial registration, you will be able to view your eBook while offline anytime you want.

3. I don't have a fast connection how big is the download?

The eCourse download size is 2.1 MB. You will only have to download it once. 

4. Can I print out a copy?

Printing out the eCourse is not only permissible, but recommended.

5. I am getting an "Password Error"

If you have forgotten to write down the password from the confirmation page when you processed your order, please email us with your PayPal receipt ID and we will send you the password.

6. I am getting a "Server is experiencing heavy traffic" error

Check to make sure that you are not behind a firewall as this could prevent you from being able to print and could result in this problem. it may be a hardware firewall or a program like Black Ice Defender, Zone Alarm or Norton Internet Security. Also make sure that you are using the Adobe PDF viewer.

7. I have a Macintosh, can I use your products?

Yes as long as you have Adobe PDF viewer (You probably already have it, but if you don't, Get it here)
